I have given this Starbucks, a chance, time and time again the people that work there are not real baristas every time I step in order something in this Starbucks it comes out so wrong. I will get something as simple as a Matcha lemonade and they messed it up. I just ordered me just now a chai iced latte made with oat milk with a splash of your lavender and a shot of espresso. This drink is so water down and sugary. It’s ridiculous, I keep giving them chances because they are the closest Starbucks to my job but you all need to get real barista in there literally ASAP.

The go to barista I had was let go/fired/quit as they are never there when I normally shop... Really disappointing, Sal was always so kind and made my drinks really well. The person who made my coffee a few days ago was a little rude too and I only remember her name as its the same as mine. Honestly, I'd just go to dunkin now...

Horrible customer service. They never can keep workers and when they get workers they have a attitude act like your getting on their nerves by asking for a drink! Then when it’s made it don’t taste right! Skip here if you can!!! If I could rate NO star I would have!! ??????
