This is a great location. The staff and service are fantastic. But today was an anomaly. My refresher was so weak. There were only three of the strawberry bits and the drink was so watered down, I did not drink it. Waste of calories. I typically walk in and don’t do mobile orders. They know me and treat me well. No more mobile orders for me. SMH.

Nowhere to sit, no electrical outlets for remote workers. Food gets worse every year, and $4 for a small drip coffee is ludicrous. Lots of better options within walking distance that are locally owned. Support independent coffee shops, not Starbucks.

I order my coffee from here every morning and the drinks are always consistently super delicious! But when my drink is absolutely out of this world and above just “good” I know it was Calin that made it! She’s the best! The drinks are always out in a timely manner and whenever I preorder, my order is almost always there and ready for me to just grab. Shout out to the morning crew for that!
Put more seating for people. All of the tables are ALWAYS filled. I will find another coffee shop if this continues cause it's ridiculous.

I would give a negative star if I could. The worst Customer Service Starbucks ever. They absolutely refused to make up a bag of espresso whole beans for me. They are very unfriendly; hours are sporadic. Try not to go to this particular Starbucks if you can help it.

I use to go here all the time, and wow did this neighborhood change. The Starbucks has been remodeled to fit in this new hip pocket of lakeview . No longer are there comfy chairs. All of the chairs are wooden and works well in this location. Prices are a little steep for coffee (I am so punny) stop in and enjoy a warm cup of coffee.
