I think that the coffee here is some of the best that I’ve had and my friend says that he thinks that they have the best bacon in all of Chicago. The waitstaff is friendly and kept our water and coffee cups full. My bacon waffle was perfect. This is a really good place for brunch or breakfast. I think breakfast diners are overrated. You're essentially paying for food that you can easily make at home. However, Pancake Café is in a league of its own. The food here is incredibly tasty. The meat-lovers omelet is phenomenal, and the pancakes are just... (having a moment)... so damn good.
