I stopped by this Starbucks location for the first time this weekend.I love this location. During the rush, the employees made me feel welcome. They were busy but still asked how my day was going. That's customer service that I greatly appreciate.I received my order very quickly. The coffee was hot, and the sandwich was hot.If you are traveling to Union Station, I highly recommend you stop by this Starbucks location!

I get it, this is a very busy location. But this location has some of the worst crews I’ve ever seen at a Starbucks. The Sears location is equally busy in the mornings, and the employees aren’t vocally complaining about customers, how much they hate their jobs, and generally how terrible dealing with customers and working at Starbucks is. Just a bummer way to start the morning when I’m ordering a $7-$8 coffee as a way to add a little joy to the morning commute.
The two persons there now need someSerious customer service classes Asap))) I’m sure they’re Candy in front of management.Coffee brewed horribly(was unable to drink it had to throw it out never again will I stop there if those two persons are behind the counter. Sad. Great train station)

I get it, a very foot traffic heavy spot but Starbucks should strengthen their customer service here. Tried them a few times, ordered on the train 20 minutes in advance...still waited 7-8 minutes on top of that! Today was the last straw though; made my drink iced when I'm guessing no person ever has ordered this iced (don't even believe its an option on the app). Then to rectify the mess-up; I waited an additional 10 minutes for the new drink. For what it costs for a beverage--no thanks!

This place is the worst. I usually try to get my coffee during the morning rush hour when I get off my train, so it's busy everywhere in the station including Starbucks. I get it. But, every single time, without exception, the employees are socializing with each other, reaching for their own drinks, performing some task that has nothing to do with servicing the customers that are now 15 or 20 deep in line waiting. And they expect a tip??? Give me a break! Time to start bringing my coffee from home in a commuter cup!
