I never review chains but at this point I’m just venting. This location successfully finds a way to ruin my morning every time! They NEVER get my drink order correct and I don’t have this issue at ANY other location. I have 3 locations that I go to near home and never have any issues. If you customize your drink in any way, this isn’t the location for you. The baristas are all nice, they just don’t read the ticket. This location is good, as far as the drinks being ready, when ordered through the app. The fact that it is super busy ALL the time, not so much. Beware of the rude &%*$@ "people" that go through Union Station. I'd rather walk and pick up from another nearby location.

I stopped by this Starbucks location for the first time this weekend.I love this location. During the rush, the employees made me feel welcome. They were busy but still asked how my day was going. That's customer service that I greatly appreciate.I received my order very quickly. The coffee was hot, and the sandwich was hot.If you are traveling to Union Station, I highly recommend you stop by this Starbucks location!
