Starbucks is a nice place with a comfortable setting. While the service can be slow due to the high volume of customers, the staff strives to get orders out quickly. The employees are friendly and courteous, with some exceptional staff members, such as Zeniya, who crafts exceptional hot vanilla blonde lattes. The young Asian girl at the drive-thru provides stellar service, always remembering orders and being super friendly. This location is very convenient for its drive-thru and order-ahead amenity, though service and prepared drinks can sometimes be a hit or miss. Many employees are friendly, but a few may give attitude. Customers enjoy the welcoming atmosphere, with some even holding mini family reunions here without any issues. However, there have been occasional complaints about cold breakfast sandwiches or drinks with hair in them. Overall, Starbucks offers a great vibe, especially when there aren’t any issues.
