I strongly do not recommend this Subway. One of the employees the African lady is extremely rude, aggressive, and not welcoming at all. She shows absolutely no respect toward customers and even goes as far as insulting them.
Customers come to spend their money and should be treated with basic respect and professionalism. The customer service here was honestly terrible. Management should seriously address this employee’s behavior and take customer complaints seriously.

Probably the worst experience I’ve had at this location. The lady is rude & rushes you to get your order out. Just stares at you, even when you smile at them you can’t get a smile out of them. Was told I couldn’t modify my sandwich, makes 0 sense as it’s “build your own” and toppings are free. Even with an extra charge it would’ve been fine, gave me no option. THE HOSTILE, ALWAYS ANGRY, ALWAYS MAD, NEVER SMILE, NEVER SAY THANK YOU, NEVER SAY WELCOME, JAMAICAN WOMAN IS WHAT GIVES THIS PLACE A BAD REP! I COME IN HAPPY, LOOK AT HER AND MY WORLD TURNS GREY AND DEPRESSING! THIS LOCATION IS ALSO GREEDY WITH PORTIONS AND NAPKINS!
