Zero stars. Awful workers, awful service. It’s my local subway and it’s the worst I’ve ever experienced. I go to this particular location probably once a year or so and for atleast the last 10 years running, it is the worst subway I’ve ever experienced. The food is alright at best if you enjoy everything skimpy but extra mayo.

I’ve been to this subway a few times and usually have no issues expect Today. 12/23/2023 right before 5pm, the manager went off for no reason. My friend said he thought there was four eggs on the breakfast sandwich but instead of calmly explaining that is not the case and there are employees doing that when they shouldn’t be she began being rude. My friend then tried to back out of the order but could not do that so he just requested for 2 extra eggs calmly. Then she began to get smart saying to her coworker who was helping me and being so kind that they needed to inform someone to make sure people aren’t serving breakfast after a certain time because she isn’t gonna deal with rude people. Like I never dealt with this before today and it’s the first time we dealt with this person. I’m not sure if they were having a bad day or something but you can’t take it out on other people.

There are two girls who work there in the morning. They are really rude and I do not recommend people to go to that store in the morning. They are really evil. But after 4 pm there are two men who work there. They are really nice

The people working the line here are so friendly and have gone above and beyond on an order for me. I think Subway is typically so quick and transactional, but the service is really good here. It honestly caught me off guard and I probably seemed standoffish, sorry! I’m glad this store is in my neighborhood. Thanks!

Ordered a veggie patty 6’ sub through ubereats,. I dont know if they thought because I didn’t choose toasted bread that it meant i wanted to veggie patty cold as well? Either way, the veggie patty is still partially frozen. Its inedible.
Terrible service. Just left there and this older African American lady started shouting at me because I ordered from Grubhub and the order wasn’t right! She said she was the manager but needs to leave out of there asap. I will never go back there again!!!! Wish I could give them zero stars.

The Nigerian lady who works at this location is the worst worker in a customer service role. She is rude, disrespectful, impolite and nasty. I don't know if it's because she hates her job or if she is just shitty in general. It's close to my house so I have continued to overlook her attitude but not after today. I will not step foot in this location or continue to give them my business.
