Skimp on lavender cold foam even tho I paid for extra. Looks nothing even like the picture of what the regular drink is supposed to look like, so you can see how upsetting it is when you pay for extra. What do we have to do get on our knees and beg for you to sell us what you advertise ?

I'm happy that the Division & Dearborn (Chicago IL) Starbucks has reopened...I missed it when it was closed for renovation. HOWEVER, I DON'T LIKE THE NEW INTERIOR SPACE with it's emphasis on Pick Ups. Being able to sit at a table with my coffee and a grilled cheese sandwich was lovely!
Courtney with the red hair was super rude to me. She just looks at me and drinks her drink and ignored my order the first time I placed it so I have to say my order again.

This is the worst Starbucks ever!!!! Don’t go here!!!! I went in and didn’t see any chairs! I asked if I can do work here and the lady said you can but we don’t have chairs to discourage you not to work here. Then I had to use the restroom and as a patron you can’t use the restroom, it is only for employees. This just shows how Starbucks corporate policies are binging all Starbucks down the drain. It’s okay if you just wanna pick up and go by why have all that space and tables and spend so much on rent if you don’t want people to do work there?

I normally only do reviews when I got something good to say or informational. However this Starbucks sucks. Went there Sunday night at 6:45 pm so theuly don’t close until 8. Order my sandwich and they , act like they couldn’t understand how I was asking for the sandwich to be made (open face ). Then I order an ice drink she charged me for the wrong drink twice because she was to busy talking to each like I wasn’t even there. And even after she went to start me drink I still had to repeat what drink and sandwich it was. I don’t like to judge but they need an adult to supervise them!

Usually friendly service but my drink was made completely wrong multiple times (wrong tea flavor, incorrect add-ins). Usually quick service, no lines.
This Jewel owned Starbucks is a convenience. The baristas are very nice and friendly and the place is clean.
