Wife’s purse got stolen here. They clearly have surveillance cams but were not willing to assist. When I came back after police report the likely perpetrators were already staking out the next victims. What’s going on there ? Release the footage !

This Starbucks location made my day. I was originally going to go to the Starbucks where the Riverwalk was but the line was too long for me. I wanted to go home with a drink and this Starbucks was near the blue line station, Clark and Lake. Once I entered, I was greeted by the staff and it was not busy at all. I’ve never been to a Starbucks where workers greeted me. Ordered a venti strawberry açaí with lemonade and it was very fresh. I also ordered 2 ice cups which were free! The cashier was very kind and complimented me which meant a lot to me. The inside is clean and smells nice. Definitely recommend this Starbucks location, thanks.

There were 6 employees working and only one or two making drinks. We waited over 10 minutes while other 8+ people waited. The “coffee expert” was “training” someone but instead she was just chatting. So slow.

Today, I entered the facility after spending hours upon hours waiting patiently to get serviced in government buildings. I understand that there are policies in place, but a little humanity and empathy would’ve gone miles today. I just needed a quick restroom break before heading home. Instead, I was looked directly in the eye and told that a purchase was necessary to use the bathroom. I understand that these policies help keep people from taking advantage of facilities and services. But if you see me, presentable dressed, completely sober, and just needing a restroom for a minute at the most… be a human being. That is all. I am extremely disappointed in the customer service today and will not be back to this location or any of their locations for the foreseeable future.

I visit this location at least once a week. Everyone is always so friendly, the location is clean, and the drinks are made perfectly every time. One of my favorite baristas there is Mariko! I typically order the same drink, and I love when she makes it. Even if another barista helps me, they’re all really skilled in their craft, and it’s truly a highlight of my afternoon.

I come in here everyday for my morning cup of coffee. When I came back down from my office and asked for a cup of water they refused and said because it’s another visit I will have to make another purchase.
I can’t lie my feeling is hurt because I spend so much money in this place and I couldn’t get a cup of water. That’s so not welcoming. Starbucks lost a customer. I do not like the policy sorry. I came down at 9:50am for the water by the way. I felt like it was a racial situation because Kyle see me everyday he even remembers the drink he makes me. Like why treat me like this ?
