Third time I have had to abandon a black nitro I ordered (the easiest drink to make), because I can't get it in time to catch a train. I purposefully order it, because it's simple! It's not busy, I tip every time, and the employees move slow and half will idly standby. If I bartended like you guys serve coffee, I'd be in trouble.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting the Starbucks at 40 W Lake St. What immediately stood out was the excellent service provided by the staff. One particular employee was exceptionally accommodating and added a warm touch to the experience. However, I did have a minor issue with my cappuccino – it was scalding hot! Additionally, some of the tables weren't clean, which slightly tarnished the overall impression. Nonetheless, thanks to the friendly staff, I'll surely return.
