I recently had the pleasure of visiting the Starbucks at 40 W Lake St. What immediately stood out was the excellent service provided by the staff. One particular employee was exceptionally accommodating and added a warm touch to the experience. However, I did have a minor issue with my cappuccino – it was scalding hot! Additionally, some of the tables weren't clean, which slightly tarnished the overall impression. Nonetheless, thanks to the friendly staff, I'll surely return.

Great service. Professional staff and CLEAN. There's hand sanitizer in the store and toilet seat covers even though I wash the toilet seat. I appreciate this location even if I have to leave my community, it's worth the commute. It's also near every major transportation hub. The train and the buses.
