Overall am fond of this place but had a negative experience just now worth sharing.I ordered a loaf this morning and went into work nearby at Block 37. Found a hair in the loaf so tossed it in the trash.I went back a few hours later once I got on my break to let them know about the issue and the manager acted nonchalantly.The only feedback I got was that I should’ve just brought it back to the store. I tried explaining I couldn’t bring it back because I had already clocked in at work.They didn’t comp a new loaf or anything else. I ended up getting a OJ and still paid for it despite the fact that they could’ve easily just comped that instead.Pretty bad customer service in my opinion but am still willing to go back since this is the first issue i’ve had with them.

Only two of the baristas make the drinks really well and have an endearing personality rest of them are extremely tired rude and not nice to the customers and i love the caramel ribbon crunch that was made here when i tried it for the first timeIt was really very very good im not a coffee person but i fell in love with it but not everytime its the same they don put the drizzle in the cup always and make the mixture that well unfortunately i have lost all my love for starbucks and the caramel ribbon crunch as well they made me fall for it and they were the same people to make me to hate itYes i understand people get tired but maybe try a little not to take enough breaks to maintain their composure and demeanor

I hate this. I ordered an iced matcha latte but they gave me the chai latte, it was awful at all. They should learn how to confirm with customers again?

Starbucks is not about speed, but 10 minutes for a hot latte with only two people in line? And it came out wrong! As the barista would pick up the cup, would then turn over to the other barista, whisper to them, then turn to the other barista and whisper to them, then place the cup down, and pick it up again, then look at it, then look at the label, then place it on the counter again. and so forth.. it went on and on and on.. I kept wondering if this was going to be a tik tok video. It wasn't. Just blatant disregard for the paying customer. Kinda entertaining though, never witnessed anything like it before.

Just Slow! A lot of people waiting and no sense of urgency! They also got some orders wrong while I waited to make matters worse! The place was dirty when I visited!
