No customers were waiting other than myself, paid for a 20oz coffee, and everything bagel with cream cheese. 7 individuals on the clock behind the counter ,Ten minutes go by and no bagel, management reaction; Oh I don’t know what happened!!! What kind of business are you running if there’s no customers, and a bagel can’t be expedited!! Bye, bye breakfast !!! Thanks for your version of great service is having a customer stand for ten minutes and no one wonders the reason still waiting.

If you’re rushing for a train, bite the bullet and go to the Dunkin’ Donuts next door—this Starbucks is flat-out incompetent. We ordered at 12:18 for a train leaving at 12:35, and what should’ve taken 5 minutes dragged into 15. Bagel had no cream cheese, grilled cheese was cold, Açaí Lemonade was watery with old strawberries, and the Chai Latte came plain instead of with vanilla cold foam. The lemon loaf was “missing” until the register girl finally, lethargically, wrestled it out of plastic like it was rocket science. She even argued my daughter’s friend’s rewards didn’t work—yet every drink had her name on it. The only thing they got right? The Pink Drink.

Used to work downtown Ogilvie in the morning. I was never rude to the staff but they were extremely rude to me. The young ladies there definitely had some issues, don’t know from what. They would consistently make me wait for 20mins plus in the mornings even when I clearly ordered before anyone. One Latina girl, heavy set with a flat face in particular. Wish I could remember her name. They either were incompetent or intentionally “forgot” my order literally almost every time I went down there which was every day. Until I just stopped going. I just started making tea at home, didn’t HAVE to pay $8 for ignorant people to play silly games.

I stop here 1-2 times per week. The staff is great, the line moves fast, and the signage is clear.

My drink always tastes great.

This location sits on the first floor of the Ogilvie Transportation center at the bottom of the escalators. This location is perfect to grab your drink when getting on or off the train.

DO NOT GO HERE!!! THEY WILL STEAL YOUR BACON AND SCAM YOU!!!!!! I ordered a bacon Gouda sandwich, and then watched as the barista removed and threw away my bacon and then gave it to me without saying anything about why they took off the bacon. Really crappy experience because I was in a rush and could not dispute the order. Waste of my money as I did not get the product I payed for. 0/10 experience.

What a terrible Starbucks. Gave me the wrong food, didn’t even get my coffee because they were so behind on mobile orders so I got screwed out of my drink I paid for to catch my train. Starbucks also wouldn’t refund me.

ALWAYS OUT OF EVERYTHING! Seriously they will be out of items for over a month and I simply do not understand, like do you never re-order items or simply don't care to restock. So disappointing because it's such a convenient location but so awful.

I am so impressed by the team who staff the Ogilvie location of Starbucks. The weekday morning crew are a well-oiled machine. Even with this morning’s global tech outages, they closed the cash registers and switched to making online orders with precision efficiency by the time I walked up to claim my online order. I sincerely admire and appreciate their hard work and dedication to balancing customer service with their own team capacity.

Train was leaving in 20 min. I asked barista if they could make it before train left. They acknowledged me, but still didn't make the drink in time. Spent $8 on a drink that I didn't get.
