ALWAYS OUT OF EVERYTHING! Seriously they will be out of items for over a month and I simply do not understand, like do you never re-order items or simply don't care to restock. So disappointing because it's such a convenient location but so awful.

I am so impressed by the team who staff the Ogilvie location of Starbucks. The weekday morning crew are a well-oiled machine. Even with this morning’s global tech outages, they closed the cash registers and switched to making online orders with precision efficiency by the time I walked up to claim my online order. I sincerely admire and appreciate their hard work and dedication to balancing customer service with their own team capacity.

Train was leaving in 20 min. I asked barista if they could make it before train left. They acknowledged me, but still didn't make the drink in time. Spent $8 on a drink that I didn't get.

This location is the most dysfunctional in all Chicagoland. Poor service, employee attitudes, and little care of quality. It is obviously unorganized and not large enough for the volume of orders. It was a stressful experience.

The staff here a phenomenal and often go unappreciated. I’ve seen them bust their humps with professional smiles during some of the busiest holidays at a major travel hub. The workers are some of the friendliest people I’ve met in the city and give me amazing drink recommendations/modifications. I give the baristas massive kudos for trying to liven and cheer up an otherwise busy and stressful environment. Really hope corporate recognizes their efforts!

This location sucks! They are always “sold out” of Nitro on the app and they close the mobile pickup area way too early every day so you are forced to wait in line. Give your business to Dunkin right across from them, they do a way better job and actually appreciate their customers!

Surprisingly slow for how many people were behind the counter. Granted, there were at least a dozen customers in line or waiting for their orders. And probably as many orders being worked on from on-line. They did make me an "Ocho", which is essentially eight shots of espresso. Super convenient location, so have to give them that...

Expect to wait at least 20-25 minutes after ordering even when they are slow.
Ordered a latte and there were about 8 people in front of me. I waited over 20 mins and was going to miss my train so I did not even get my drink after paying for it.
The service here is very slow. I cannot count the amount of times I had a mobile order and it was forgotten about or it was completed 10+ minutes after the expected time. The staff is not very attentive. They frequently don't approach or ask you what your name is and what you are waiting for.Today I had very bad customer service in particular. I had a mobile order and I arrived about 5-10 minutes after the expected wait time. Nobody helps me so I tell the staff my name and she just goes "OK, so what?". I am not sure if this person thinks I just gave her my name for fun, I was clearly waiting for an order. She was condescending and rude. Luckily, there was a staff that was willing to help and make my drink, but the person in charge of organizing the drinks was extremely rude to me for absolutely no reason. This was the only time I had ever been livid at customer service from Starbucks. I have had situations where maybe the wrong drink was made or they forgot something and I understand it, but this was just serious lack of manners.Get your Starbucks or Coffee elsewhere if you can.
