When this place first open the staff were great. When a company is short staff there is no way a worker should give attitude back honesty I stay in the drive through line for almost 30 mins came inside & still waited another 30 mins no one is apologizing everybody still have an attitude!!! 12/28

Cleanest most attentitive Starbucks I’ve been to! The entire staff greets you when you walk in, are knowledgeable about every single product and customization, and there’s very comfortable spaces to do work and get a tea! Thank you all for the warm welcome! Will be back!

Julio is a night shift closer who is super rude and irritating to talk to. Everytime we come we sigh at the sight of him. We have to greet him first or else he won't at all because we have proper mannersims food service or not, whilst he will genuinely sigh and not even look you in the eyes like a baby?

Some male barista answered the phone and was rude. Didn't say his name or anything. I called at a time thats not a rush there to ask if their wifi was working so I can go and get some work done remotely and he said he did not know if it was working and refused to check if it was... despite him being in the store. Not going to walk over there and buy something just to check if its working. Ridiculous behavior.

Terrible service. Late orders EVERY. TIME. There is no point in putting an order in, they won’t have it when it’s supposed to be done. No one there cares to help when there’s an issue either. Probably the worst Starbucks I’ve been to.
The wait time on the drive thru is always a bit excessive. Not sure if it’s because of the staff or because they have to write on the cup.
