Rude employees , horrible drinks ! I stopped going here for a year and decided to go back and I was greeted with an attitude and an angry demeanor.The African American girl wears dirty sweatpants and dirty aprons to work - unsanitary and horrible representation of Starbucks .Do not go here - visit the Mariano’s location if in the area . - this location needs new staff !

Who would think the best Starbucks outside Chicago is conveniently located right near O’Hare.Destiny, who took our order, is Disney level customer service- just made my day. And the team makes legit lattes. I can’t figure out how to foam Soy milk, and either can most barista apparently. They can here.Best service. Best quality. All Starbucks should be this good.

very arrogant service. I understand the job is not highly paid, but this does not mean that you need to look down on the client and not bother to say hello and goodbye. Your order is literally thrown on the table, after which your drink spills and overflows the edges of the glass. I give it 0 out of 10

My girl friend stoped going here also, coffee and blended drinks tastes like sugar fuzzy water. Other locations always tastes like Starbucks.
