Who would think the best Starbucks outside Chicago is conveniently located right near O’Hare.Destiny, who took our order, is Disney level customer service- just made my day. And the team makes legit lattes. I can’t figure out how to foam Soy milk, and either can most barista apparently. They can here.Best service. Best quality. All Starbucks should be this good.

I live close by so I occasionally walk over Saturday mornings for a coffee. It's a small Starbucks since it's in the hotel, but I have personally always had good service.It can be a little confusing where it is from the outside. One door has the logo posted, but when you walk in, you can't see it. The other door is the main hotel door. If you go in the main hotel door, it's just to your left. This is the Starbucks close to my work office, and I had been working at home for the past year due to the pandemic. Had a chance to go back to office and went to the Starbucks .. and the minute the barista saw me in the queue she warmly greeted me in recognition and made me feel so welcome. Truly one of my most memorable experiences at Starbucks, and the coffee was of course excellent! ?
