Service was good, food was good, but got taken on the check. Bill included food, soft drinks, tax, fees and service. Didn’t realize a 18% gratuity was included for a party of two. I added a 20% tip so the server got a 38% tip. Should have been told a tip was included. I’ll never go back to this Bar Louies, or any Bar Louies based on this experience. Horrible experience.
Bar Louie - O'Hare is a fun bar to go have some food and drinks at.This bar is inside the Holiday Inn hotel. I went on a Thursday night - it was very quiet inside and not too crowded it was very enjoyable. They have a wide selection of beers on tap so you'll surely find something for everyone.I tried the Buffalo boneless wings, spinach artichoke dip and beef sliders. Love the atmosphere and the music. Sat at the bar and one of the bartenders, Vanessa I think her name was, was very attentive and very quick to get everything I asked for all while serving a full bar at the same time. On top of that, the food was great!
