Ordered in advance. Slow poor customer service. I ordered 2 blonde roast and they only brought up 1. I told the barista there should be another and I asked for a cup holder, she said it coming up and left. I waited for about another 6 mins or so I and could see my 2nd coffee, all she had to do was add oatmilk and bring it over. It sat there by the brewer and she brought other orders as well as attended to the register. Finally she walks over asks, what are you waiting for? Ia said my 2nd coffee and the cup holder I asked about earlier, no response. She went and got my coffee and place on the counter. They are extremely slow doesn't pay attention to what customers are asking or saying.

I ordered a frap with extra caramel drizzle and it was so GOOD it was gooey and my taste buds were melting!!!! If ur looking for Starbucks go to this one!! Also the baristas were so kind + nice!!

Unfriendly staff on this day. Usually they are kind and attentive but today they were off by a mile. No greeting from the 2 baristas working. I was ignored until the cashier came from the back and just happened to see me waiting. My drink was prepared timely but the barista mispronounced my name, with no eye contact and no smile. Hot drink had no sleeve or double cup. I asked for a stopper the barista got it for me but never looked at me. I can see if it was busy but it wasn't. They were laughing and talking amongst themselves but the customers just seemed to be a bother. I felt like they didn't want to serve me today.

Love the friendly staff that work here. I never had a bad experience. Once I accidentally placed an order at a different location. The barista honored my order and gave me everything. Workers always get my drinks right. It’s a nice place to have a conversation and have coffee. Definitely my go to location in my neighborhood.Parking: Plenty of parking

Placed an order on the app, went to pickup and they locked the doors at 6pm so I had to sit in a 30 minute drive thru line. This has happened a few times, so it seems to be the way they operate now.
