I ordered a frap with extra caramel drizzle and it was so GOOD it was gooey and my taste buds were melting!!!! If ur looking for Starbucks go to this one!! Also the baristas were so kind + nice!!
Unfriendly staff on this day. Usually they are kind and attentive but today they were off by a mile. No greeting from the 2 baristas working. I was ignored until the cashier came from the back and just happened to see me waiting. My drink was prepared timely but the barista mispronounced my name, with no eye contact and no smile. Hot drink had no sleeve or double cup. I asked for a stopper the barista got it for me but never looked at me. I can see if it was busy but it wasn't....read full review

Ordered in advance. Slow poor customer service. I ordered 2 blonde roast and they only brought up 1. I told the barista there should be another and I asked for a cup holder, she said it coming up and left. I waited for about another 6 mins or so I and could see my 2nd coffee, all she had to do was add oatmilk and bring it over.
