I always come here in the morning in order my favorite drink the services is great very relaxing
I love the decor they have at their location. Looks like a private den/library. Great service and staff. Easy to find and park too. I normally dont like boba but i reallt enjoyed the new butterfly drink.
I had to bring my Latte from 33rd & Cicero Starbucks to this location because they tried twice to make it and failed! I explained my dilemma to Sam and she made it right! Using the sticker off the side of my cup, she remade my latte and it was PERFECT!!! She didn’t have to do it, but I want to say how much I appreciate she did. The previous latte messed up my first sip 2x’s in one morning and Sam’s dedication the customer service prevailed!!! THANK YEWWWW, SAM!!! 🥰🥰🥰☕️☕️☕️
