This location has been converted to a pickup location where you are supposed to pre order. They still have a lovely area to sit outside just north of the store.

Its an interesting store. Very small space 5 adults and it starts to get awkward. It doesn’t have any seating and only serves to go orders. That wouldn’t be problem if you didn’t have to wait 20+ minutes for a single drink and just have to stand there waiting. I have ordered on the app before leaving my apartment walked ~20minutes and still had to wait another 5-10 in store. That being said the employees are very nice and when the food/drinks are eventually served they are always very good.

This particular Starbucks location has been very consistent…in a good way. No complaints I fact I appreciate their kind words and I believe that makes the coffee taste better! Just a little bit of love. Gratitude

Pick up only with a very small standing area for ordering and waiting. This used to be a full-fledged cafe so it's a relative disappointment. Also there was only one person on duty when I entered on a frigid weekday morning, and he refused to ring me up at the register, making me order through the app.

I was pretty offended by the fact that I stepped in for a few minutes on a sub zero day, to a totally empty store. I was quiet, and dressed in business attire and standing up. The staff asked me to leave unless I ordered something. I understand that this is a pick up only store and that Starbucks no longer wants loungers, but this really felt like an extreme lack of welcome. Another reason for me not to buy Starbucks any more.

Terrible service. This happened to me twice, will not go there for the third time. I ordered via the app in advance, and the app told me my coffee would be ready in 7-9 minutes. Arrived there in 25 minutes - just to find out that they had not even started brewing it. And my order was displayed as "ready" on their screen. Had to wait for another 25 minutes to get it. Other people there were in the same situation. Employees could not explain why they marked orders as ready. They were only offering a refund to anyone who was not happy with this crappy service. I guess employees are incentivized to complete orders within some timeframe. So apparently they are cheating to get their bonuses while not being in a hurry at all and spending 40 minutes per order.
If managers of this place read these reviews - please FIX YOUR METRICS and hire adequate employees, or you risk losing all your customers.

Pick up only. The only person in store yet I wait 15 mins as the only customer for a mid coffee. -Because its pick up only, all the other orders are prioritized. So even if you order and arrive first, you have to wait for all of the other order to complete, even if they aren't there. Im late to work after an invisible line cost me nearly 20 mins of my morning. Also because its pickup only you have like no connection with the barista so you get this silent robotic vibe that really takes away from the experience of Starbucks. Everyones just anxious and impatient ready to grab there cup and go. And trust it will always be this way, because its the only option they have.

Well, I'm done with this location. This store was so convenient to me but no longer as it's only for pick-ups. I don't download apps for privacy reasons. Hopefully this pick-up idea will bomb and stores will go back to full service. It's absurd. In addition store search results don't reveal when a store is only a pick-up location. It should be in big bold letters otherwise people will waste time traveling to these stores, like I did.

This place really sucks. The store manager is just rude beyond imagination. She told me to leave the store and threatened to call police. I ordered my usual drinks but they just didn't look right. After trying to get them understand, she lost patient and just treated me like a beggar or something. What a shame on her. No one has authority to correct this kind of manner. I'm just shocked Starbucks would hire such a person to be store manager!!!! Avoid this place!!!
