My husband and I recently got married and catered with Saucy Porka. Honestly, the easiest and best experience ever! The food was amazing and our guests are still messaging us to rave about it. I tried a variety of the bacos, which are tacos with bao dough instead of tortilla shells. I got the soy ginger tofu, the five spice duck, the pastor, and the panang chicken. All of them were good but my favorites was the soy ginger tofu and the chicken. Many of them had the same toppings which was an Asian slaw which consisted of pickled, shredded radishes and shredded carrots. I would highly recommend the bacos (bao tacos). They're a great way to taste multiple delectable treats. My favorite are the fried shrimp bacos and the pork bacos. I keep trying to get a picture, but I always finish my food before I get the chance
