Visiting my family in Chicago (day 3) and having a blast with Sherice❤ This location is the best, Derek is awesome and extremely professional!! Thank you and your staff!! The drive thru moves quickly even during the early morning rush. We sip our brew while I tell her stories about Cali and people she knows while sworn to secrecy. If it's winter bring a jacket if it's summer order ahead of time and pick it up on the fly. This facility seems to have major issues with keeping not just the customers comfortable but the employees as well. I feel really sorry they have to work in such conditions.
Though the store itself is on the small side, its intimate atmosphere and friendly staff made my visit very pleasant. The cashier John and barista Johnathon (sorry if I didn't spell it right) took the time to ask how to spell my name (thank you so much!) and it was such a nice feeling. And they were both very friendly and conversational. I would definitely make this my go-to Starbucks just to speak to them about spelling names and Rihanna. Thank you for my experience!
