This was one of the worst Starbucks visits I’ve had. My Roasted Red Pepper Egg Bites were undercooked, and my venti Cinnamon Dolce Latte (almond milk, 2 pumps syrup, 1 shot) was watery, not filled to the top, and completely unsatisfying. I tried calling the store repeatedly, but the line was always busy. Completely unacceptable and not what I expect from Starbucks.

Update: ATTN STARBUCKS CORPORATE: I had a terrible experience at your Madison & Morgan location. After paying cash for an incorrect order, I was denied a refund because I didn’t have a receipt — even though I called and tried to resolve the issue immediately. The customer service was dismissive and completely unhelpful. I am shocked by how poorly this was handled and will NEVER return to this store again. Do better.

I just went to this Starbucks, and I had the most incredible experience. I was given the warmest welcome into the store, and felt like they were so happy to see me. Every single employee was kind, helpful, and welcoming. It is clear that the employees have formed a real and genuine relationship with their customers. To those who were working at the store on Wednesday, July 30, at 8:30am, thank you for making my day.

A standard but solid Starbucks. Not a ton of seating, but there are a few spots to sip and relax. The bathroom is clean (bless), and the service is quick and reliable. Good option for a quick coffee run.

I frequently visit this location for work and used to prefer it over the one on Halsted which is equal distance. However, it seems there's been a lot of employee turnover lately, and the new staff have been consistently rude and unprofessional. The service has gone downhill, and it's become almost unbearable.

The cashier was friendly, and the drink looked great. Solid drink.

The store is dirty, the staff never cleans it, and no one is willing to keep the homeless off of the patio area. I would steer clear and visit the location on halsted instead. Much more inviting.

Great place to grab coffee and relax. The staff are cheerful, and seating is comfortable for working or reading. Wi-Fi is strong and coffee is fresh every time.

Really disappointing experience at this location. This afternoon’s staff was nasty, snarky, and dismissive, acting as if I didn’t belong. It wasn’t just about a wrong order—it was the complete lack of respect and basic decency. Starbucks needs to properly train the young ladies here. I see why people avoid this location. This is the worst Starbucks I’ve been to and I won’t be back.

I usually don’t get that kind of service but this is especially for the white racist girl working on Monday June 9th , if you don’t like dealing with Brown&AfricanAmerican ppl do something else find a place where you can service only to the ppl you want or just don’t work in the service industry.

What’s up with them being closed at 6-7am every Sunday? They should prob change their hours.

Every time I come to this location during the week in the morning the women are so rude who work there… not very welcoming and if they forgot to do something they kinda just give a look, fix it and hand it back without saying anything. Never really feel welcomed here.
