This might be the worst Starbucks I have EVER been to. We were one of 4 customers in the store and all the others were seated and enjoying their drinks. There were 3 employees and we waited over 10 mins for drinks. They were not actively making any other drinks and each employee seemed to be just walking around doing random tasks. We waited patiently and noticed they seemed to have just forgotten about our drinks altogether. One employee just looked confused on what she was doing. I can now see why this store was empty while the coffee shop across the street was packed. Definitely don't recommend coming here unless you have the time and patience.

Cute location, great staff, and ‘tis the season but for the love of Santa turn the music down. My noise canceling headphones filtered out the sound of the train as I walked under the tracks on Lake St on my way to this location but they couldn’t filter out the “CELLLEBRATE GOOD TIMES, C’MON” and i will have a headache until 2024.

Waited 40 minutes for an online order. Said it would be ready in 6…. Was late to work. I only waited because it’s difficult to cancel your order online. Didn’t seem like the team was cooperating well. Drink with later ticket times came out after mine. Maybe they’re short staffed? Idk. But this Starbucks used to be so good. It’s been horrible lately. Everyone in the lobby is stressed and annoyed asking for their drinks. After communicating with the cashier my drink probably got taken by someone else, i still waited another 15 minutes because he didn’t communicate that to the person that was making drinks. Thumbs down

I came in today to grab my drink I pre ordered. When I came in the drink was wrong so I asked if they could re make it. I gave it to what I assume is the manager and she took my drink and said she would make it. Shortly after I watched her walk out of the building, after waiting for 10 minutes I asked the barista if she told them to make it they said no. So it hurt my feelings that the manager just ignored my request and left.

Worst Starbucks in the Loop. I only come to this location when I'm in dire need of Veranda coffee and each single time I am calling customer service or their District manager [Sarah Ramsey] to complain about how horrible the beverage crafting and service is at this particular location -- and to receive a full refund. Absolutely horrendous and a waste of time. I do not experience this unsatisfaction anywhere else in Chicago nor any other state.

Amazing team! Everyone is ALWAYS so kind, available, and on point every single time I am there. I refuse to start my day at another Starbucks before heading to work, they never disappoint me here. The team made my day this morning but I could not make it inside to thank them myself so I had to get on here and acknowledge them! Thank you ALL!

Ethan (a supervisor) saw me standing at the register, waiting to take my order and it took him about 6 minutes before I was helped. I could tell that he was blatantly ignoring me. I will never return because of him. That was so rude and disrespectful, and I have never experienced that at any Starbucks before.

One of the employees (Long Blonde hair, male) terrible attitude and not friendly at all. Not just rude to one costumer, but rude to multiple customers. It makes you wish you bought a coffee somewhere else and not spent any money at that shop. Management should speak to that person because I’m sure I’m not the only one that has had that experience there. Bad for business.

Love the new expresso shaker, it’s literally the only thing I come to Starbucks for. I’ve ordered this drink at this location multiple days in a row and consistently is left behind waiting over twenty mins today seeing people come and go. I gave the baristas grace before asking them if my drink is in the process of being made. They made it out to seem as if someone took my order, although I was listening for my name as I stood close to the receiving drink counter —it wasn’t called. Anyway after almost 35mins I finally got my paid order with no accommodations for a processing flaw I had to endure, not even a size upgrade “smh”. I didn’t make an issue out of it for them to make it right as it was a huge time inconvenience for me because I’d write this review regardless and didn’t need anymore time taken out of my morning.
