I only gave this three stars because of the convenience of it being located inside of Jewel but this Starbucks is not good I've gotten frappuccinos from here that are watery and have no flavor the last time I was in there a couple of weeks ago I wanted a matcha latte and they looked at me as if they didn't know what I was talking about because there's a strawberries and cream version also they don't seem to understand how redemption works on the app I asked can you redeem any handcrafted drink and the girl looked at me and said I guess so I looked back at her and I said can we confirm if this is possible and she looked as if I asked her to donate an internal organ I just don't like this Starbucks is only out of convenience

came at 7:45 and was told they were closed. Your hours say you close at 8. Register and lighting and everything was still open. BOGUS.
The morning staff is great! I became a regular because the service is good and my drinks are always the way I like them.

Came here at 5.45pm and the lady said we’re close even though it says 6pm as a closing time she was hesitant to just give me one cold brew. definitely not recommend

There was no one in line she took my order after I waited for her to finish her in person personal conversation then I paid. She turned around and took a 15 min phone call while I waited for her to make my coffee. After she got of the phone she finally made my coffee. $8 for the poorest service in America. Starbucks is not that good and they will be going out of business soon due to poor customer service.

PM shift goes on break unannounced and doesn't leave so much as a "be back in (however many minutes)" sign. The Jewel customer service desk is zero help because they don't give a time when they return. Just a general "10-15 minutes"

Pam and her twin are hand down by far the best and nicest employees at this location . Spot on every time. They make up for most of the miserable Jewel staff. It is quite obvious when one of these employees train new ones.
Christian was the BEST today… Great customer service .. he knew exactly how I wanted my cold brew after explaining to him … I love pumpkin cold brews but haven’t been able to get them anywhere since it’s over in many Starbucks ..actually walked in trying to get a vanilla cold brew… but he asked me if I wanted my pumpkin cold brew that they still had it available …and let me tell youuuu it’s so delicious he made my day! Thanks Christian you are the best! ☺️
