they put a sign on their bathroom that is for both sexes and yet they has the urinal in the washroom. Who wants to see a men's toilet. Not any woman I know of. If they want to just change the signs without having to take out the men's toilet. Use the ex-woman's washroom instead of the ex-men's washroom.
