starbucks general policy as i am aware of is to provide complimentary water with a purchase. The barista or cashier told me that i need to pay $1 for the water even when we bought a $10 sandwich. Then i asked if i can get just a cup, he said that $1 is actually for the cup and not the water. He said if I have a water bottle, then he can fill it up for me. Not

Before my visit, I was worried to see the rating. However my experience there was not bad. I mean my husband's sandwich and americano was actually great except that the barista did not put less milk in my latte as I ordered. Overall it was good.

Service was amazing! These guys were so busy each time I visited but still remained fast and friendly. Dalton especially impressed me with his welcoming attitude and efficient service! Thank you Dalton and the rest of the Starbucks crew for fueling the MPA conference! The students appreciate you!

Not a huge fan. I’ve been staying at the hotel for almost a week and coming down every morning, trying to give it another chance. The staff is rude and they charge you full price for a grande, even if you get a tall. Avoid and choose another Starbucks or local place if you can.

Staff is rude and incompetent. One lady is just standing starring off while the other is failing at making 3 drinks at once. Had to wait for a while for a simple order. The location looks like it used to be nice but now benches have huge rips and tears with duct tape covering some of them. Behind the counter is also messy with spilt drinks everywhere.

They only had half of the food items available. The woman at the cash register was not very warm or helpful. It took them 6 minutes to make an Americano and a cortado. They started making my food after that and even then completely forgot about half my food order. I left without all my food after waiting for 25 minutes. I hate to be a jerk, but it really wasn't that busy and they had 5 people working.

Terrible customer service from the employee who forgot my order and acted as if it were my fault. I asked for a refund and they only refunded a partial amount, they did not return the tip that I added to my order. I will not be back: I tried to call the number in the receipt and the number is not a working number:

Ordered two simple TI Blond Roast black coffees for pickup. I watched the barista go to the tap and fill with Pikes Place medium roast and put on the table. So disappointing. Was not that busy. Just lazy. I hate when I have settle for Starbucks instead of a local, fresh roaster and then they do stupid things.

AVOID!!! Unless you have no other choice, skip this one and go to one of the many others nearby. They cannot accommodate even small crowds. To get anything other than plain coffee or tea is a 20 minute wait if there are more than a few people in line. I opted for coffee and got a $5 cup of hot brown water. It had hardly any flavor and was super weak. I’d ask for a refund if I could but they’d probably just shrug and say oh well.
