Subpar like everything else in the Palmer House. Out of fresh fruit!!! Good God, you’re in the city of Chicago- other than poor management, there’s no excuse to run out of fruit! Get an Instacart account and order more, dummies.
Before my visit, I was worried to see the rating. However my experience there was not bad. I mean my husband's sandwich and americano was actually great except that the barista did not put less milk in my latte as I ordered. Overall it was good.
