Starbucks is a welcoming spot with friendly staff. Drinks and food are usually prepared correctly. The associates are genuinely friendly, making customers feel at ease and wanting to return. Mobile orders are always ready ahead of schedule, usually ahead of the app estimate. Matcha is made THE BEST here, and the chalkboard art deserves a raise. The art always puts a smile on the face. However, sometimes iced mochas don't come with whipped cream by default, and the mochas might not have enough mocha flavor. The atmosphere is good, and generally clean.
