Very lucky to have this location as my neighborhood Starbucks. I'm new(ish) to the area and it's the first place I visited where several staff members made an effort to get to know me and be welcoming. The baristas consistently prepare top notch drinks and the store is super duper cozy to sit in. Bonus star for staff always giving the Andersonville pups tasty puppaccinos and water! ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ This is definitely one of the best Starbucks in Chicago!
I saw an interaction today that really bothered me. A customer complained that the table outside was dirty. The Starbucks only had about 7 guests. He asked for a wet rag to clean the table. Instead of getting up from behind the counter and wiping the table, they handed him something wet. He was fine with it, but it is their job. They shouldn’t be doing partial work and accepting full hourly payment. When he was outside, I told them that bothered me, and they should have done...
Very nice Starbucks with lots of indoor and outdoor sitting. We enjoyed our time here a few times already with our dog. They are super pet-friendly and very welcoming. Restrooms are clean and accessible to anyone. Food and Coffee was great and hot!
