After two years of going here, unfortunately the orders are almost always wrong. Seems to be an issue no matter who is working there. While the remodeled interior is nice, the Paulina location is much better in terms of food/service quality if choosing between the two.

As of September 2024 this location has been completely remodeled. So the old interior pictures are mostly what are posted. Same great staff & coffee and the perfect people watching patio out front. I give this Starbucks location 5⭐️ Jerry (the pigeon) gives it 5 feathers.

I've been coming here almost 15 years and go a lot less often now. The employees almost seem to be in competition with each other to see who can be the most dismissive to customers. They used to all know my order, all ask how I am and thank me, generally making me feel welcome. I know these are hard times but I genuinely feel like I'm bothering the staff just by being there.

The staff here is consistently the most unfriendly of any Starbucks I've been in. They give off the feeling that they either hate their jobs or the customers. Maybe it's both.The vegetarian cookies come with little protein sprinkles (bugs) and when I pointed that out to the barista, she genuinely didn't care.It's generally not clean and if you are wanting Starbucks, there are plenty of other options in the neighborhood that are all better than this one.
