great employees, terrible management
I feel bad but 1 saw only one server who was way behind. He didn’t know how many shots of espresso went into a very basic latte product. Seemed a little disheartened to which seems fair to me. The location was out of medium size cups (how in the world does that happen?) as well as both of the new breakfast options, the falafel and the jalapeño chicken (?)

Is this the world we are living in. Starbucks employees was just looking at us not having the Courtesy to tell us anything. They should be ashamed of themselves
Walked in and stood for about 15 minutes waiting for someone to take my order, the employees working in the back were just staring at me. I eventually ran out of patience and went to the Dunkin Donuts down the street which had way better service.

I recently visited this Starbucks and had a disappointing experience. One barista was working on a drink while another walked off and seemed disengaged, leaving me waiting for a long time. The lack of attentiveness and awareness led me not to tip, and in retaliation, my drink was incorrect, lacking sugar. Overall, a very disappointing visit

This place has gone downhill unfortunately.
The young children hanging around out front asking for handouts is a bit unnerving. There's a better location not too far from this one.

The app said order ahead is not available, but I can make an order via barista. I came there, but it turned out to be closed.
If you use the citizen app you know this place has had some crazy things happen here. They recently got a remodel and made the whole place a lot safer for everybody, but they no longer have a cafe or restroom, kinda sad. But it's a pickup and go and service was quick polite, and my order was correct.
