I recently visited this Starbucks and had a disappointing experience. One barista was working on a drink while another walked off and seemed disengaged, leaving me waiting for a long time. The lack of attentiveness and awareness led me not to tip, and in retaliation, my drink was incorrect, lacking sugar. Overall, a very disappointing visit

This place has gone downhill unfortunately.
The young children hanging around out front asking for handouts is a bit unnerving. There's a better location not too far from this one.

The app said order ahead is not available, but I can make an order via barista. I came there, but it turned out to be closed.
If you use the citizen app you know this place has had some crazy things happen here. They recently got a remodel and made the whole place a lot safer for everybody, but they no longer have a cafe or restroom, kinda sad. But it's a pickup and go and service was quick polite, and my order was correct.

Store is pickup and go now, plus half the store is only for delivery. You can place an order in store but it's much faster to use the app before hand. Quick in and out in like 30 secs.

Didn’t think it was possible but the remodel made this location even worse. The wait times are absolutely ridiculous for the most basic of drinks. Only half of the store is utilized for customers, creating a cluttered environment. They also appear to be severely understaffed. No bathrooms, no tables.

Hate the new concept. Somehow manages to be less pleasant and less efficient. Terrible vibes in here, patrons and employees all having a bad time (though the employees definitely trying their best, this review not directed at them, thank you!)

The employees at this Starbucks are so lovely. Ever seen the store was renovated it seems like it has a whole new energy. They’re all so nice!

I hate this New concept I don't like the pickup and go. I prefer direct service .... I walk in request a cup of black coffee, no enhancements, 10+ minutes later coffee is delivered. ( This is my experience since the reopening.) I understand that I'm not your demographic which is the patron who has called in and picking up their order. Convoluted. I will have to find another source for my Morning Joe. (Why not an express line for walk-ins who have simple orders?)

Love the renovation this store just went through. The store now features an electronic board that shows if your drink is ready or in progress. The barista was handing out samples of the chai Lavendar which was great to sample - i will be back!

Always skimping on lavender cold foam no matter what you ask. I have even told the barista and paid extra for extra lavender andGot one dot. So disappointing when the photos show you should get more than one dot especially when you pay extra for it !
