My daughter and I got to enjoy Stussy's Diner today. It was delightful, from the moment we stepped in. The decor, music, tea service, delicious food and service. We look forward to our next visit
Very inflated prices for very average food. Breakfast for two people over $75 for heavy, corn-bread textured pancakes, hash browns taste like cardboard right out of an Ore-Ida frozen bag, indifferent waitresses (probably because they automatically put a 15% tip on the bill, no matter how poor the service is - and then have the nerve to ask for more tips later in the payment process). Customer service was poor. Very rude and rushed. Waited over 45 mins for a table which wasn’t the issue. Once we got described where to go and be seated, It took us less than 45 mins to eat yet we were told we were being inconsiderate of people who were waiting to be seated. Mind you prior to the “we aren’t kicking yall out” vibes we had just paid our bill. If sit down time is 90 mins the rush we were given to get up wasn’t necessary.
