I ordered a delivery on Wed Feb 14th, my uber delivery driver decided to take my food rather than deliver it so I called the restaurant after about an hour had gone by. They not only resent my food right away but refunded my order!!! Excellent customer service ? Not their fault about a hungry uber driver that decided to eat my sandwich. Was not expecting a refund at all. That made my day!!! Great customer service definitely order from here again.

The young lady Kayla is very unsanitary and unprofessional. Her attitude is unacceptable when bringing business here. She got really upset with me, because I asked her if she could change her gloves. She had just exchanged money with me at the register when placing my order. Then she starts to prepare my sandwich, with the same gloves she handled money with. This particular Jimmy John's has always been on point. They never messed up my order and are always quick. I've ordered from this one about two dozen times already so it's probably safe to say this is the standard you should expect.The food itself is prepared well and the staff are friendly. Not much more you can ask for.
