This is the worst subway I’ve ever had. My bread was used, it had melted cheese on the outside (I don’t toast my sub) they skimped on every topping I asked for and when I asked for extra they just kept moving on. Despite the convenience of this location I will be using others.

Too much cross-contamination if you're vegetarian - my veggie sub smells like ham because the last guy didn't change his gloves and things move like an assembly line instead of one person handling beg to end.

Very clean, pleasant place. Located immediately next to a lovely park and playground that is surrounded by massive buildings. We had very good subs here at very reasonable prices.

At 7:30 there is NEVER any bread.. Only flat bread :( YOU GUYS OPEN AT 7 and i prefer subway instead of greasy breakfast foods

Located in the basement of 300 E Randolph. Accessible to everybody. Fair prices. Good service. Good food. I love the garlic oil sauce they have, can't find it anywhere else. I recommend it

Service is always timely even when they have a full house. Fast, efficient, and courteous service. The bill was fair.

Of the over 38k Subway restaurants on earth, this one makes the most catering sales money.

I went to this location, it's not my first time but it is my LAST. I was charged $5.75 for just a 6-inch sandwhich with regular toppings. When I asked the cashier why she rudely responds because that is the price. I explained myself and said "for just a 6-inch?" she said yes. I told her I was sorry but did not want the sandwhich that it was the first time I have ever been charged so much for just a sandwhich. I got the subway club btw. She asks the man behind her who I assume is the manager and he get's very loud and points repeatedly to the menu "That's the price, that's the price! Why would you think otherwise?" I apologize say I made the mistake but I don't want the sandwhich can I please have my card back. The cashier is holding it away from me. We continue like this back and forth him and she has joined in and is both are scolding me and I keep saying I don't want the sandwhich ,my mistake. She finally gives me my card and as I'm walking out the man screams "NEXT TIME YOU LEARN TO PAY ATTENTION!" It's safe to say I'm done with Subway....
