I had a good time and this subway. The staff were quite polite. The sandwiches have gotten very expensive. I bought a meal and the total of my meal was almost $20. That's a bit absurd, especially with the fact that I can make a sandwich just as good at home. Don't get me wrong, the sandwich was good and the soda and chips slapped. Just not $20 worth.

Very quick and good service after lollapalooza. The man at the checkout is always friendly and ensures that he connects with his customers. This is my second year in a row coming here and I will be returning again.

I wish I could give this location a negative -100. After traveling all the way to Chicago from out of State, my family stopped at this location. On this particular trip, after tipping over the base level to the server, I noted the male cashier #2416 charged me twice for a bottled soda that's $2.59 x 2 plus tax for 1 bottle of soda, and REFUSED TO GIVE ME A SECOND CUP FOR THE TWO MEALS I BOUGHT. As I brought the mistakes to his attention, he acted as if he had no idea how to read a receipt, what I was saying-pretending his English was limited. WELL MINE IS NOT! If you like getting ripped-off and cheated out of your hard earned money then go here, if not choose someplace to dine where you are respected because this location has egregiously, degenerate and rude servers-PERIODT! Research other Subway locations in the loop to ensure they don't have this same owner with slipshod, belligerent, lying money steal employees.

Great stop for a sandwich while visiting the Chicago loop as traveling via Amtrak during a Union Station stop.

Went in to 60 East Jackson on 5/22/23The male staff person was VERY RUDEHe truly acted as if he didn't want to do his job. He also kept "mumbling" comments to his female coworker.I pride myself on great customer service because I'm in the industry as a Chef, Caterer and Food Service Person.I didn't feel like a "Welcomed" Subway Customer. I've been a Subway Customer for a long time, I know what kind of service Subway expects from their employees.I don't plan to visit 60 East Jackson location anytime soon, nor will I recommend this location to others.

Whenever I crave a sub sandwich after my class at DePaul, I go to this location! They have never disappointed me during my visits! The crew is very friendly, welcoming and hard working! They pay close attention to detail and make my order perfect every time! They use fresh ingredients and the quality of bread is exceptional. The place is decently clean; but, I avoid using their restrooms. The prices are increased on the menu frequently; thanks to inflation! Overall, my tummy gets full and satisfied when I walk out of the store every time.

Anna did a great job in making my Steak Hero. Keep up the great work…you kept it in the oven just a tad longer as I asked and it came out a bit toasty like I like.

The workers are very fast and make the food just right! Whenever I need a break, I will always go to Subway.

I came here before class and ordered a cheesesteak sandwich. I was eating it when all of a sudden I felt something stringy in my my mouth as I was chewing my food. I looked down and there was a long black hair hanging from my mouth with the other half in my mouth attached to the food. I threw up immediately. Do not eat here! I will never go back!!

This is, or was, a great location. The staff was by far the friendliest, most polite of any of the number of Subway locations I patronize. The owner did a great job remodeling the location. Then the Wuhan virus hit. The business was closed for two-full months. Reopened in late May, only to be forced to close again to due vandals, I mean protesters, from diverse cultures breaking the storefront windows. Who can blame the businessmen who care not to re-open?
