Placed an order online through the app that was supposed to be ready at 5:50 am on February 25, 2026. When I get there the worker tells me he didn’t receive my order , okay understandable. I checked my subway app and my bank account app and everything went through so I proceed to show him that it did place on my end . I show him the full order yet he still refuses to make it for me …he said the only way he can make it is if it shows on his system then proceeds to tell me I can order another one with him and he will do it . Why would I spend double the money ??? Terrible customer service satisfaction. It’s not my fault your system didn’t get my order , quick to take the money but not find a solution to my order .

Two ladies working don't make sandwiches right and skimp out on meat. but charge full price and overcharge on top of it. Who ever the man is who works night is a good worker. Any other subway I have a full sandwich with good amount of meat I'm basically eating bread and lettuce I would not recommend going in this restaurant if you are faces with these two ladies youll loose out on money and your sandwich go to kedzie subway theyre way better and you get what you pay for
