The don’t accept any coupon and subway rewards. I think that the owner is very cheap. The footling steak price is $9.99+tax which is way higher than competitors. Subways around this location have price of $8.89 and $7.99 price. Don’t recommend this subway if you have coupons and try’s o save money. ?

If I could put negative stars I would, this review is long overdue. You ALWAYS have to ask for more on your sandwich or salad, they are stingy (actually counting the portions out). I just paid $13 for a half bowl of a sad looking salad, and a little cup of soup. Pathetic. Used to go here a lot, looked past it, but never again.

I work in the same building (500 W. Madison) and I gladly walk over the Subway on Clinton street to get my subs, instead of this store. The subs here are made hastily and soups are watered down so much that you cannot avoid feeling ripped-off.

Horrible customer service, it would be nice to see workers change their gloves when touching meat to vegetables, also the cashier was wrapping sandwiches after taking money, touching her hair without gloves, pretty disgusting. WAY OVER PRICED, $3.50 Special somehow became $8.00. Need to work on listening and paying attention to the customer, had to repeat myself several times when ordering. Never will I eat here again. when I asked why my sandwich was 8.00 she said that the price, grabbed my card, ran it and never said thank you. I would have walked away if the card was not so rudely grabbed from my hands. Corporate will be notified.
