Hi Subway at 333 E Benton Place, I’m leaving this review because no one should feel ripped off when purchasing food. Not only was double cheese not added to my sandwich, but the amount of meat that was placed on my sandwich was less than what it usually is due to you all using smaller scoop utensils. The guy had the nerve of showing me the scooper only to prove my point. Get it together, shorting customers their food while charging more is not ok!

My Husband and I both got food poisoning after buying from here.Do not recommend unless you like severe stomach cramps !

I absolutely hate giving any business a 1 star rating but in this case, I have no choice.I work nearby so it's easy to order a salad or sandwich for a quick and easy lunch. On every occasion, (4) I have encountered some sort of problem.The three times I ordered lunch, it arrived quickly and my Uber Eats delivery person was very nice. But each order, had something wrong. The first two times I found onions on my food. I happen to hate onions, So I picked them off, they leave a strong taste on the food and a strong odor on my fingertips that no amount of soap can remedy. My last order was a completely different sandwich. When I called the store, the woman on the phone told me I could order another sandwich at my own expense or call the corporate office.On one night, I called to order a salad at 9:40pm, to pick up as I left work. The young guy on the phone told me they were closed. I said the hours were posted that they were open until 10. He told me that it was incorrect and they close at 9:30pm. When I was on the phone trying to sort out the problem with the incorrect sandwich, I asked the lady what time they close. She told me 10pmI'm sorry but I just can't deal with this business anymore. I imagine the rent is high, given the location. When you are selling sandwiches to make your rent, I would suggest accuracy, honesty and customer service. There are 10 other Subway sandwich shops within a couple of minutes of this place. Good luck!

Its been ages since I got such a good service at this SUBWAY store from an employee named - SWATI. She made sub Sandwich and Pizza orderly, neatly assemble. I hope the owner can keep such good employees for longer time.

Stay away from this subway. The worker this evening (7/7/21) had messed up myself and another customer's order and had mixed up the meats on each sub. I had gone back in to explain that the incorrect meat was on my sub, but was met with belligerence, yelling, and and incredible effort on the employees part to tell me I was in the wrong and he didn't mess up the order.He called his manager and continued to imply that I was in the wrong when all I wanted was the correct sub. I hadn't asked for a refund. But the fact that he yelled at me in front of other customers left me in disbelief. It was so embarrassing and I have never been treated like this by a customer service professional in my life. I started crying and one of the customers attempted to help the situation. So I really appreciated that. But wow, any employee who is that awful towards a customer clearly shouldn't be working at the franchise.Please do yourself a favor and do not order from this subway. The franchise clearly hires the wrong types of employees and I was never met with an apology due to how I was treated.

Kid’s milk is ALWAYS expired, sometimes by over 1 month, even after mentioning it twice to the guys working there. Will not be coming back, and suggest any parent not to take their kids to this place

The subway in Lakeshore East should be ashamed of the footling sandwich I was given. My mom likes to eat the foot long tuna sub and we ordered from here since her regular subway restaurants downtown are closed due to covid. This location is about five minutes from my apartment. The sandwich had all the condiments as requested but little tuna.. I moved all the vegetables out the way to find the tuna. In a foot long sandwich it was one tablespoon of tuna I measured it with a spoon. You all should be ashamed. Calls to the store to complain couldn't happen because no one ever answered the phone. I feel cheated & will never never never ever spend my money here again.
