I went the other day they upgraded somethings. Dude there got me in & out. Had to be on my way to work. Hoping they are actually open 24/7 because shift has changed and I work early mornings this week. Hoping I can grab something in the morning before work & that will be around 4:30-5 A.M.

I go to this location and inquire to use washroom. They informed me bathroom is down for plumbing issues. Today is 11/29/23. Board of health should conduct an inspection of facility. If workers and customers do not have a functional bathroom, this should be addressed. Is the workers hands clean?I realize this was common during the pandemic but mainly occurred in urban areas that are not properly monitored by city services.

The workers were so rude. Not helpful. Would not give me 2 condiments on the side for kids with allergies. I ordered 2 footlongs and she tried to give me 2 mustard pack. She refused to put mayo on the side. Then gets her little attitude and started speaking in a different language to the other worker! No!?

I just walked into this place 8-6-2023. 1 door is locked and the door by the bathroom is open. I walked in and there is no one at the counter. It’s 1am. Guy comes from the back with a plastic container and says “Yes buddy I’m on lunch.” Perplexed, I asked him “so what do you want me to do coke back in 15 minutes.” He says yeah but I don’t think he really heard me. Would never patronize this store in life. I understand everyone deserves a lunch, this a 24 hour individually staffed location. How can someone afford to turn away business. Hilarious.

This location on 83rd & State has ALWAYS been fantastic. You get a BIG, full portion of ingredients. Some Subways are very frugal with the amounts. Plus staff is VERY friendly & pleasant. They have been like that for YEARS.

Today is June 11 about 430am I get off work I came in to get a sandwich. The worker there did not greet me, did not say he will be with me in a min; he continued to put cheese on bread and add bread into the oven. Not once did he make eye contact with me. I walked out. The workers at this subway have bad customer service as if they are doing us a favor. We are bringing you business. I believe that we need to stop supporting there businesses in our neighborhood because they aren’t nice to us and do not give us any respect. I will not go to this subway they will not get my hard earn money, I encourage my community to the same!

DO NOT COME TO THIS SUBWAY LOCATION THEY WILL SCREW UP YOUR ORDER AND TAKE YOUR MONEY AND NOT REFUND IT, GIVE A NIMBER TO CALL AND TELL YOU NOTHING THEY CAN DO! CHARGED ME FOR 2 SANDWICHES GAVE ONE,, SAID THEY OWN ALL THE SUBWAYS Had all my Transaction numbers order id etc. Little lady especially rude and Smith he wouldn't even spell out their names and proceeded to hang up on me as well!!! This establishment needs to be investigated.
