This location on 83rd & State has ALWAYS been fantastic. You get a BIG, full portion of ingredients. Some Subways are very frugal with the amounts. Plus staff is VERY friendly & pleasant. They have been like that for YEARS.
Subway was delicious as ever And the customer service was average there was a A young man serving from another country Who was average no jolly ness and what he was doing Just average No smile no nothing he didn't even say thank you after I paid him but Subway food was great thank you

I go to this location and inquire to use washroom. They informed me bathroom is down for plumbing issues. Today is 11/29/23. Board of health should conduct an inspection of facility. If workers and customers do not have a functional bathroom, this should be addressed. Is the workers hands clean?I realize this was common during the pandemic but mainly occurred in urban areas that are not properly monitored by city services.
