kams is really a small place with a big reputation. i drive 50 mins every few days to get their combination lo mein noodles. panda express or other chinese restaurants cannot compare to them. It is always busy and the kitchen is clean. The food is great. I love the variety. The egg rolls are delicious and everything is fresh. I have never had a problem with the food or the staff. I’ve ordered from here plenty of times. The food is good. But… today they got my order wrong and were extremely rude when I called about it. The lady insisted that my order comes with shrimp fried rice. (The website says chicken fried rice).
Meanwhile I’m on their website and trying to read to her what it says. I suggested she go look at her own site… she refused and hung up on me. When I called back she was equally rude and hung up again.
