This review is for delivery drivers.If you visit this location after dark they close the dining room and take all orders from a pick up window due to a bad neighborhood and no security guard.Average tips, wait time can get long.Good luck if you go here, especially after dark!
Plenty of staff but everyone was crowded in one area and only focused on their station. The young lady that took my order and called out to the stations was thee only person helping me as I moved down the line. The cashier even told me she couldn't answer my questions since she's "just a cashier" instead of having one of her Co workers come explain one of the items to me. This place is not good at checking orders. They almost alawys leave something out every time I go there. The food is good, but then again, it's kind of hard to mess up a deli sandwich. I continue to eat here because it is the only Potbelly restaurant in the neighborhood. I really dislike that we are limited to sub-par service. Please do better.
