Starbucks on 87th has horrible customer service. I went in this morning because the drive thru line was long I ordered a drink multiple people came in behind me got there drinks and left. They pushed out drive thru orders but never made my Frappuccino I waited about a good 22 mins for a drink all to just get a refund. Service sucks on 87th in the Dan Ryan depending on whose working and what time of day it is my order was placed at 5:20 am 10-6-23
Starbucks coffee gives me the jolt I need to get through the day.

Based on the reviews, Starbucks Coffee Company is a place people enjoy visiting. The staff is super friendly and always gives a very welcoming greeting at the door. The store is clean and has a new look after a glow up. Drinks are made great, with one customer calling their brown sugar shaken espresso with 1 pump of white mocha and a coffee cake AMAZING and a 10/10. However, there has been some extreme inconsistency lately, with one order being made all wrong and causing a long wait. The manager, Keisha, was patient and listened, and the issue was sorted out. After that, the drink was on point and tasty. Overall, the location is usually a 10/10 when things go great, with friendly people and not a long wait for a drink.
