Extremely rude staff. I have never experienced such rude and unacceptable behavior, avoid at all cost. They work with anger and you don’t know what they will put inside

Owner is a really kind guy, fresh ingredients & great food. I haven't been to Subway in a while after some bad experiences with quality downtown, but this location was really good. Soup was made fresh to order, will be back for sure.

Never had a problem with the food or service before, but the staff today screamed at me for taking drink refills, said it's not free and that I should pay for it. I've never had to pay for refills in subways before and the soda dispenser is always right outside and I wasn't told beforehand about it, but maybe things have changed idk. I agreed to pay for it immediately and apologized because I didn't know they charge for drink refills. But the food was okay since I got exactly what I asked for.

Today literally saw a roach on the counter, when I made it known to the women behind the counter after I requested that my order be refunded …she told me that it was my problem and no she wouldn’t refund

Owner confirmed my order, charged me, then had the door locked while walking around in sight of the door. I knocked, pulled on the door, waited, and called. Nothing. Don't come here.

Edit: After this review was posted the owner called me within minutes, I had called him earlier. He lied and said that he was with a customer, which doesn’t make sense. Food is usually well made, don’t really get it.

Not reflective of every time I’ve been here as usually it’s fine and about what you expect from a subway, but this visit I was really concerned about the sanitation and cleanliness. One employee on the sandwich line had long sleeve on their shirt that were dragging around into the food and it was quite gross to see and they appeared to not notice or not care, either way seems health codes pretty clearly dictate appropriate hair and clothing in food environments. You can see the long sleeves in the picture. There was also a huge puddle from the ceiling leaking, the leak which was being captured by buckets, and there was no wet floor sign or notice to customers. People could have slipped or gotten dropped on which is also gross. There was also a loud, incessant beeping coming from the register the entire time I was in there (10 min at least) and it sounded concerning but none of the staff addressed it or apologized or made any effort it seemed to turn it off. Not an appetizing experience this time around at all. Disappointing and like, shocking?

very bad service, they don't say hello to the customer! they don't smile! well, they clarify the density of the order! very disappointed with the service! I've been wanting it for several months, the bad service is still the same!

I ordered a sub for pick up and to my surprise they left half the ingredients off. And the sun was mostly bread and sauce. I tried calling and they kept either just breathing and not saying anything or just hanging up the Phone.

If you live in the area the subway on Irving park and Sheridan is much better.

This is my favorite Subway location! The staff are always friendly and keep things moving fast. The food is consistently fresh and delicious. Thank for excellent service!

Ordered for carryout and got maybe 1/2 of the portions for the small list of ingrediants they actually listened to. She only listened to 1 of the 3 sauces I ordered and 2 of the 3 seasonings while also skimming on everything. Wont be coming to this location again.

I hate to complain about workers that are probably overworked and underpaid but the worker put gloves on to start my sandwich but before she went back to put veggies she touched the register with gloves on. She only used one finger to touch the screen and it was late so no other subway open near by. I took the sandwich but I will be enjoying it less having seen the lapse in hygiene and next time I'll have to enforce hygiene.
