I’m a firm believer that where there’s one, there are many. Please be aware this location has cockroaches. I walked in today to place my order, and after telling the gentleman what bread I wanted, I looked down and saw cockroaches crawling across the counter. I immediately informed both the cashier and the person making sandwiches, then excused myself, told them I was good, and left. If that’s what you see in the front of the store, I would hate to know what’s going on in the back where customers aren’t privy.

Dude if I’m paying almost $15 for a fast food sandwich (with drink and chips), at least give me the ingredients ? I had to ask multiple times for the sandwich maker to put enough in that I could actually taste the ingredients in each bite and they still ended up giving me mostly bread. Trash

I've eaten or ordered here a number of times, but I lost some very important ID cards belonging to a relative with a terminal illness - and got them back within three minutes of walking in the next afternoon.
The food's far better than it was even two years ago, and their staff is extremely honest. And you can't complain about either one of those facts.
Great tasting sandwich very fresh, healthy, great customer service and very clean. We’ll definitely be returning.

New employees who are trying to do their best. You can see that management might be the problem. Saving on the vegetables and the rest,2 napkins (which is enough I gather)... But this is the second time I come in a week and there's water on the floor from a leak (soda fountain?).. the place doesn't look clean at all.Checking other reviews it seems that Subway is not checking the quality of this franchise.

Embarrassing management makes the workers put a pitiful amount of toppings on each sandwich. Spinache? 2 or 3 tiny pieces. You want lettuce? They barely take a pinch and spreas over as thinly as possible over the sandwhich. Just hopeless and embarrassing management and service. Do better.
