Please do not go to this restaurant, they have roach issue, they were on the counter and top of the wrapper. The employee hit the roach using his hands with the gloves that he wore and he was serving my sandwich at the same time.

I quickly cancelled the order and left without looking back. I filed a complain on their cooperate site, hoping they would take action against this location for violating some city ordinance.

Customer service was horrible, my friend tried to refill her drink which she PAYED FOR and the guy working told her she could only refill once. Keep in mind there was no sign of that anywhere nor was she told before her purchase. Then when we were about to leave we heard him talking about us no another customer out loud, while we were still in the facility. That is beyond rude and unprofessional. If you don't want people refilling then put up a sign.

I'm just rating 1 star cause it's like not even that healthy the food is fine i guess but only worth it back in like ~2014 when it was $5 footlong but I mean people love subway and if you've never had it it's like super basic subs you can customize it however you want they have lots of toppings and such. Go crazy lol

Says its open 24 hours and there are many times where I would come in and the doors are locked. There is also always a person sleeping in there. Would not recommend coming here to anyone.

First, Ima be honest. If I would rate this 0 stars i would.
The Indian was very racist to me. He thought I was Venezuelan! And he tried speaking Spanish to me. Like I know what I’m doing and saying. This jit was also giving me attitude. Like who do you think you are to disrespect me..? And at the end he wanted me to leave him tip👎🏼 and that was an absolute disrespectful for me. I hope he gets fired he shouldn’t be treating customers like this. Secondly, I was with my friends at that time and he DIDNT tell my friends to leave them tip he only said that to ME. After we were about to the subway and my friend tried eating her cookie she bought and it was all hard absolutely she didn’t wanna eat it and went to complain. The Indian man told her it wasn’t hard but then he changed it and was still giving attitude so I just told him “what kind of service is this?” And he stayed quiet and after I told him ima put on the review app 0 stars! and after stayed quiet. This is not towards being mean or racist but HONESTLY they shouldn’t be acting like this to customers if they’re working👎🏼.

The service was horrible the man that was making our food was giving me and my friends attitude and assumed me and my friends were Mexicans and he tried speaking to us in Spanish. The food was okay but the cookies we ordered were hard and when I complained to the worker he gave me attitude and gave me another cookie that was still very hard and overall it was bad.

Very disappointed with my experience at this Subway. The staff member inside was extremely rude and unprofessional. I walked in ready to place my order, but instead of helping me, he told me to leave without any explanation. Terrible customer service. I won’t be coming back here again.

Placed an ordered, picked it up, in person mind you, finally got around to eating it and they gave me the wrong sandwich. I've been trying to get a refund ever since, I don't live in the area and they are taking advantage of that. They also tried accusing me of lying, I have pictures. At this point I'm filing a chargeback and reporting them to whomever I need too. It should not be this difficult to fix a mistake they made. And when I do come back, were going viral. With that said, eat here at your own risk cause they are scamming people and that is not okay. Also they keep making me call back to hang up on me, and even said I keep calling, when all keep telling me to call back, make it make sense. And also l've spoken with at least 3 different humans about this, allegedly their system was down yesterday, and now today it's bs. Not okay. I'm just writing this review to have a trail cause now I've wasted enough time and life trying to get my money back for a mistake they made. I see it's a trend where they take your money and frustrate you so much until you say forget it. Insane. I've tried handling this nicely as well, but that just gets us no where, they aren't nice people. So makes sense l have to go through all this. I can't believe this is how these people are choosing to live their lives. I know mistakes happen, but how they've been handling this is insane. For a time like this with how the economy is and how unhinged some people are, they are extremely bold to act this way. With that said, good luck to whomever decides to eat here. If you have an issue, if you can, just do a chargeback and save yourself the headache they will give you. Take it from me.

Someone hacked into my subway account and used the gift card I had loaded into it at this location. When I called to speak with someone about it they told me that they're just workers and go to subway.com. Of course this did absolutely nothing and a week later I've lost money and no one has cared enough to reach back out to me.

If I could give it no stars I would, ordered for delivery 12 subs paid over $100 only for me to only get one delivered because the staff did not want to make the order. Went to the location and asked what had happened he said he adjusted the order to only one sub without reasoning. Absolutely terrible
