Just horrible sign says closes at 8:30 it’s 7:50pm and they turned me away . I drive for cta and we all look for something to eat round this time. They close when they don’t want to be bothered why is this subway open?

I go here every morning cause I work for CTA right there and Isabella is awesome. She knows my order by heart and very friendly. We always have good laughs. Great atmosphere 👌🏼

The owner doesn't want to be here. They've almost always got half their tables blocked off so you can't sit there. Their restrooms are always out of order, and the last two orders I placed on the app were cancelled because "corporate dictates promotions on us and we cannot honor them because we would lose money".

i normally come in here almost every day after work. the food isn't exactly amazing, but it's subway, it never is. today go in after placing an order on the app as always and they tell me i can't have the drink i paid for because they're out of the specific one i selected. fine, but then they tell me i'm not allowed to have a DIFFERENT drink at the same price and try to claim i didn't pay for it, even though the charge is right there on the receipt. i have insist repeatedly that yes, it's right there on the receipt, i paid for a drink, and if they don't have that exact one then can i PLEASE have a different drink. needless to say i'm finding somewhere else to go daily from now on.

One of the worst subways I think I’ve ever been in my entire life. Every every single time I order via Uber eats - my order is not correct.

From literally just receiving a brand new sandwich to a completely different size - I would highly not recommend this place.

Delivery driver didn't speak English. Sub was missing extra cheese, mayonnaise and mustard. Onions were foul & bitter (old) the bread was squished?

Staff here is so nice. The area is a little sketchy but Chicago PD do a good job of keeping everyone safe.

Absolutely the worst subway. Meat was completely raw and untoasted. Bacon was raw. Chicken was COLD. Not even room temperature. Can't even fold a sandwich in half correctly.

Worse subway ever. Took for ever to get my order then the person behind me was helped before meanwhile I had to repeat my order twice and the girl making it kept interacting with everyone else but me. Avoid if in a rush and go to Dunkin’ Doughnuts
